Examples of State Designated Entity in a sentence

  • In the case of an audit performed by or on behalf of any Regulatory Authority of either the RHIO or the SHIN-NY, the Participant shall provide to the RHIO for delivery to the State Designated Entity or the Regulatory Authority such records related to this Agreement and the SHIN-NY as may be required by such Regulatory Authority.

  • States will be expected to use their authority, programs, and resources to: – Determine roles and responsibilities of State Designated Entity (SDE), if desired – Develop and implement Strategic and Operational Plans – Develop state level directories and enable technical services for HIE within and across states.
