Each obligation under this Agreement which has been denominated in Sterling shall be redenominated in Euro in accordance with applicable legislation passed by the European Monetary Union upon such redenomination of the Sterling Notes.
If the optional Redemption Date is on or after an interest record date and on or before the related Interest Payment Date, the accrued and unpaid interest, if any, will be paid to the Person in whose name the 2029 Sterling Note is registered at the close of business on such record date and no additional interest will be payable to Holders whose 2029 Sterling Notes will be subject to redemption by the Issuer.

Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of the Obligors hereunder, but subject to the expiration of any applicable statute of limitations, the agreements and obligations of the Obligors contained in this Section 2.14 shall survive the payment in full of principal and interest hereunder and under the Notes, the Canadian Notes, the Sterling Notes and the Canadian Bankers’ Acceptances.
