Structured Note means an MTN with characteristics which differ from or include some or all of the characteristics of Amortised Notes, Fixed Rate Notes, Floating Rate Notes, Indexed Notes or Zero Coupon Notes.

Examples of Structured Note in a sentence

  • In no event shall the foregoing prevent a Conduit Lender from exercising its rights to assign or transfer some or all of its Structured Note, Commitment or Advances to one or more Liquidity Banks.

  • If any payment under this VFCC Structured Note falls due on a day that is not a Business Day, then such due date shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day and Interest shall be payable on any principal so extended at the applicable Interest Rate.
