Study programme means groups of courses, training and research or combination of courses, training and research planned and offered to fulfil the requirements for the conferment of a master’s degree approved by the Senate.

Study programme. Means a Learning Programme designed for an individual Learner aimed at supporting their development and progression in line with their aspirations for sustainable paid work, further or higher education or an Apprenticeship. Study programme means a combination of core, elective and general education courses as specified in the syllabus, and approved by the Faculty Board.

Internship pay represents a reimbursement of expenses. From a fiscal point of view, a paid employment relationship exists with the institution providing the internship if the internship allowance (Article 7.1) is more than just a reimbursement of expenses on the basis of which social security contributions (including tax on wages) must be withheld in that case. Viewed from the perspective of labour law, there is no relationship of employment and thus no contract of employment within the meaning of Article 7:610 of the Dutch Civil Code, but rather learning on the job, whereby employer liability (Article 7:658 of the Dutch Civil Code) does apply.

Study programme means academic programmes approved by the Senate leading to the conferment of Degrees.

Study programme a Bachelor’s programme as referred to in Section 7.3a, paragraph 2a of the WHW; • test: a test of knowledge, insight and skills as referred to in Sections 7.3 and 7.10 of the WHW, of which the result is expressed in an assessment concluding a course. Where the word 'test' is mentioned in these regulations, the WHW term 'examination' is meant. A test may be divided into two or more separate partial tests; • testing committee: a committee as defined in Section 10 of the Examination Board Regulations; the committee advises the Examination Board on the quality of testing; • three-year fast-track programme for school-leavers at pre-university level: a fast-track programme as referred to in Section 7.9a of the WHW with a study load of at least 180 credits; • track: a degree programme approved by the Executive Board which differs from the registered CROHO Bachelor's programme offering the track, commencing from the propaedeutic year. The same diploma and the same final qualifications apply to the Bachelor's programme and track; • weighted average: a calculation of the average final mark that also factors in the number of credits associated with the relevant units of study;
