Subscriber Data Security Addendum definition

Subscriber Data Security Addendum means the Subscriber Data Security Addendum that may be accessed through ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/gc.
Subscriber Data Security Addendum means the Subscriber Data Security Addendum that may be accessed through https://www.icims.com/gc,, a copy of which as it exists on the commencement of the Term is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • If Subscriber believes that any change to the Subscriber Data Security Addendum or a policy creates a materially new obligation of Subscriber, materially degrades the Subscriber Data Security Addendum or applicable policy, or materially diminishes the Subscription taken as a whole (each, a “Material Adverse Change”), then Subscriber may, within thirty (30) days of the change, object to such Material Adverse Change by delivering written notice to iCIMS.

  • Notwithstanding this Section 6.4, iCIMS may continue to use the Subscriber IP (as defined below) to satisfy its post-termination or expiration obligations or as otherwise set forth in this Agreement or the Data Processing Addendum and Subscriber Data Security Addendum.

  • Partner shall maintain administrative, physical and technical safeguards intended to protect the security, privacy and integrity of Subscriber Data, that in any event are no less rigorous than those applicable to iCIMS in iCIMS’ Subscriber Data Security Addendum (available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/gc/).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Subscription Agreement: iCIMS shall maintain administrative, physical and technical safeguards intended to protect the security, privacy and integrity of Subscriber Data as set forth in the Data Processing Addendum and Subscriber Data Security Addendum.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Subscriber acknowledges that solely with respect to the SkillSurvey Service, iCIMS’ safeguards currently deviate from sections 12.a.i and 12.a.ii (provided those deviations will be resolved as soon as commercially reasonable, but in no event later than the 2024 audit cycle), and section 15.a. of the Subscriber Data Security Addendum shall be remediated as soon as commercially reasonable.

  • Notwithstanding this Section 6.4, iCIMS may continue to use the Subscriber IP and Subscriber Marks (as defined below) to satisfy its post-termination or expiration obligations or as otherwise set forth in this Agreement or the Data Processing Addendum and Subscriber Data Security Addendum.

  • Subject to iCIMS’ obligations with respect to Documentation and policy changes in the Subscription Agreement, iCIMS may make changes to the Documentation or any policy referenced in this SkillSurvey Addendum, or the hyperlink or other means of access to the Documentation or any policy, except that iCIMS may not make changes to the Subscriber Data Security Addendum that materially diminish the protections for Subscriber Data set forth in the policy.

Related to Subscriber Data Security Addendum

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Privacy/Data Security Laws means all laws governing the receipt, collection, use, storage, processing, sharing, security, disclosure, or transfer of Personal Information or the security of Company’s Business Systems or Business Data.

  • Phone/Electronic Transaction Security Procedures means security procedures for Phone/ Electronic Transactions as provided in writing to the Underwriter.

  • Data Set means specific CancerMPact or Epi Database data provided by Oracle to Client pursuant to the Agreement and Order. This includes the data, analysis, models and any other information contained in the database or report to be accessed by multiple subscribers, and any other non-custom engagement performed by Oracle.
