Such Closing Fee shall be in addition to any other amounts the Borrowers may owe to the Purchaser or its Affiliates from time to time under any Investment Document or any other agreement or arrangement, and shall not reduce the Initial Term Maximum Availability or the Subsequent Term Maximum Availability.
