Subsidiary Change Date definition

Subsidiary Change Date has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the Network Code; "Timetable Period" has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the Network Code; "Timing Load" has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the Network Code;

  • Any amendment to Annex B shall apply with effect from: the relevant Principal Change Date or Subsidiary Change Date (where paragraph 5.2(a)(i) applies); or subject to paragraph 5.2(d) the date proposed by the party requesting the change in accordance with paragraph 5.2(a)(ii) (unless otherwise agreed by the parties or determined by the expert in relation to the change).

  • The amendments to the Contract as set out in this Supplemental Agreement shall have effect from the Effective Date and shall cease to have effect at 01:59 on the Subsidiary Change Date 2025.

  • The Franchisee shall use all reasonable endeavours with effect from the Subsidiary Change Date occurring in May 2011 until the end of the Franchise Period to deliver capacity in excess of the Base Capacity as shown in the tables below.

  • The amendments to the Agreement as set out in this Forty First Supplemental Agreement shall have effect from Subsidiary Change Date 2021 and shall cease to have effect from Subsidiary Change Date May 2022.

  • The amendments to the Agreement as set out in this Fifty Eighth Supplemental Agreement shall have effect from the Subsidiary Change Date May 2023 and shall cease to have effect when the Contract shall cease to have effect.

Related to Subsidiary Change Date

  • Control Change Date means the date on which a Change in Control occurs. If a Change in Control occurs on account of a series of transactions, the “Control Change Date” is the date of the last of such transactions.

  • Change Date means (i) each Interest Method Change Date (including any Term Rate Period Advance Tender Date) or (ii) each Facility Change Date or (iii) a date not later than twenty-five (25) days after receipt by the Trustee of a “Notice of Termination Date” under a Liquidity Facility, which date shall be specified in the notice of the Trustee of the purchase of all 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds of the applicable Group provided pursuant to Section 801(A) of Appendix A hereto or (iv) each Discretionary Tender Date.
