System Error definition

System Error has the meaning set forth in Section 9.4.4 hereof.
System Error means an error resulting from a malfunction at any point in the redemption process: from the system host computer, to the switch, to the third party processors, store host computer or POS device. System Error shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d)(iii).

Examples of System Error in a sentence

  • If errors are found during eRA Commons validation, you will receive a System Error and/or Warning notification regarding the problems found in the application (see 4.2 below).

  • When Customer reports an IPR for a System Error, it will be assigned a priority based on the severity of the issue.

  • If errors are found, you will receive a System Error and/or Warning notification regarding the problems found in the application.

  • Customer may report an identified Hosted Revenue Accounting Services System Error at no additional cost using the Remedy IPR schema.

  • Customer may report an identified Hosted Reservation Services System Error at no additional cost using the Remedy IPR schema.


More Definitions of System Error

System Error means when functionality identified in this Agreement or described in the NAVITAIRE product user documentation is currently not working in Customer’s account in all material respects consistent with the manner that it is described in such documentation pertaining to the release Customer is reporting the error against. No failure of any reconfiguration by Customer of a Configurable Template shall be deemed to be or can create a System Error.
System Error means any cause of a malfunction of a Digital System which is completely internal to the Digital System without any external influence.
System Error means a failure, error or other problem of/in the Merchant Services or TSYS System (including statement errors).
System Error means an uncatchable condition from which an application cannot recover; "System Exception" means a catchable condition from which an application can recover; "System Failure" means any material failure, fault or problem of the Service Systems or part of it amounting to a Severity 1 Incident; "System Proving" means Testing in accordance with paragraph 10.3 to 10.5 (inclusive) of Annex 1 of Schedule 4 (Testing Regime);

Related to System Error

  • System Downtime means any interruption of access to the Hosting Web Site as measured by the System Availability Monitoring Mechanism. System Downtime specifically excludes: (a) any Scheduled Downtime; (b) inability to access the System resulting from failure in the internet backbone or networks not directly managed by NCR Voyix or its subcontractors or agents; (c) erroneous System monitoring, in which NCR Voyix establishes that the incorrect reporting of the inability to access the System was due to failure in the monitoring mechanism rather than a failure in the System; (d) an Extreme Service Interruption Event; or (e) any System Downtime caused by Customer.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • NAV Error means an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or class as more fully described in the NAV Error Policy.

  • System prototype means a model of a product or technology that can demonstrate performance in an operational environment;
