The settlement of Market Settlement Charges shall take place directly between the Supplier as the “Metered Market Participant” and the System Operator, and any costs incurred by the Supplier acting as the “Market Participant” pursuant to the IESO Market Rules in respect of this Agreement shall be charged to and be the sole responsibility of the Supplier, unless otherwise expressly set out herein.
The Buyer shall, when considering whether to approve the Metering Plan, have regard to those Electricity matters in the Metering Plan that have received System Operator approval.
The agreement shall specify the terms governing payments to be made by the Developer to the Affected System Operator as well as the re-payment by the Affected System Operator.
