System Upgrade definition

System Upgrade means an addition or modification to a public utility’s transmission or distribution system or to an affected system that is required to accommodate the interconnection of a small generator facility.
System Upgrade has the meaning set forth in Sub-Article 6A(A).
System Upgrade or “upgrading” means the modernization or modification of underground storage tank system installations through tank and piping upgrades to comply with the rules of DNR under 567—subrule 135.3(2).

Examples of System Upgrade in a sentence

  • Except for Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities, Developer shall have no right to construct System Upgrade Facilities under this option.

  • The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement.

  • The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all System Upgrade Facility costs as required by Section 32.3.5.3.2 of Attachment Z or its share of any System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades costs resulting from the final Attachment S process, as applicable, and Attachment 6 to this Agreement shall be revised accordingly.

  • No portion of this article 5 shall apply unless the interconnection of the Small Generating Facility requires System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades.

More Definitions of System Upgrade

System Upgrade means the improvement or enhancement in the technology or service capabilities made by the Grantee to the System as more fully described in Section 4.
