Target Allocation definition

Target Allocation means the allocation of Transmission Congestion Credits as set forth in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 5.2.3, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 5.2.3, or the allocation of Auction Revenue Rights Credits as set forth in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.3, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.3.
Target Allocation means the allocation of Transmission Congestion Credits as set forth in Section 5.2.3 of this Schedule or the allocation of Auction Revenue Rights Credits as set forth in Section 7.4.3 of this Schedule.

More Definitions of Target Allocation

Target Allocation means, for the Performance Cycle of the Leadership Stock Program, the target allocation amount, expressed as a number of units of Common Stock, allocated to a Participant prior to the start of the Performance Cycle pursuant to Section 5.2.
