Technical Package definition

Technical Package means a specific collection of Recorded Information relating to the manufacture of the Product by Seller prior to the date of this Agreement. The Technical Package is expected to contain such items as: process flow diagrams, material safety data sheets, bulk drug specifications, finished product specifications.

  • If such nominated date for opening of Tender is subsequently declared as a Public Holiday by the Employer, the next official working day shall be deemed as the date of opening of Technical Package.
