The Service Categories, as detailed below and in the Technical Response Attachments, define the expected functions and objectives of each Service Category, giving Vendors a clear understanding of what is needed to support the State of Florida's digital security and operational requirements.
A Technical Response, submitted for an awarded Solution named therein, along with any provided Solution Service Level Agreements, shall form part of a Vendor’s resulting Term Contract.
