Tender Minimum Performance Levels definition

Tender Minimum Performance Levels means the performance levels to which the Services must be supplied by the Contractor as set out in the Tender by the Contractor. The Tender Minimum Performance Levels must be equal to or higher than the Specification Minimum Performance Levels.
Tender Minimum Performance Levels means the performance levels offered by the Contractor in the Final Offer which are set out in Schedule 2 (Tender Minimum Performance Levels (tMPLs), Required Number of Outcomes (RNOs) and Customer Service Standards (CSS)).

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.
