term of this Contract as used herein shall mean the period from 12:01 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, July 1, 2020 to 12:01 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, July 1, 2021. However, if this Contract is terminated, the "term of this Contract" as used herein shall mean the period from 12:01 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, July 1, 2020 to the effective time and date of termination.
