Termination Procedure definition

Termination Procedure means the procedure set out in clause 27 of this Agreement.
Termination Procedure means an action pursuant to the Abuse and Neglect Act or the Adoption Act that results in the termination of a parent-child relationship; and
Termination Procedure. The Parent/Guardian must inform the Provider in writing at least 30 days prior to date of termination.
