Test Data File definition

Test Data File means a test data file, which shall include the loan master file, the transaction history file and all other files necessary to carry out the servicing obligations hereunder.
Test Data File has the meaning set forth in Section 6(b).

  • The Backup Servicer shall confirm to the Servicer and the Administrative Agent in writing that the Test Data File is in the correct format or if any changes or modifications are necessary.
