Testing Device definition

Testing Device means that certain testing device, developed under the Development Program, containing the Reagents and constituting a component of the Product.
Testing Device means that certain testing device which Biosite shall develop or cause to be developed under the Development Program, containing the Reagents and constituting a component of the Product.
