Testing Standards and Procedures definition

Testing Standards and Procedures means, with respect to Product Produced hereunder, the written standards and procedures for evaluating compliance with the applicable Product Specifications, as mutually agreed upon in writing by Client and Baxter, and incorporated in the Product Master Plan.
