Text Form definition

Text Form means a readable declaration, in which the person making the declaration is named. The Text Form must be made on durable medium. A durable medium is any medium that enables the recipient to retain or store a declaration included on the medium that is addressed to him personally such that it is accessible to him for a period of time adequate to its purpose, and that allows the unchanged reproduction of such declaration; e.g. declarations via email and fax

  • Verbal Instructions shall be confirmed immediately in Text Form thereafter.

More Definitions of Text Form

Text Form refers to exchange of declarations by non-verbal recordable means, e.g. e-mail. Text Form can be substituted by the Written Form. Verbal or implied declarations are not sufficient to be considered Text Form. “Touchpoint” shall refer to the digital interface through which Advertising Campaigns are communicated. “View” shall refer to the perception of the Advertising Campaign on the Touchpoint by an End User.

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.

  • FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.
