Time for Completion of Construction definition

Time for Completion of Construction means the period from the Compliance Date to the date of issue of Construction Completion Certificate in accordance with the Project Implementation Schedule, which involves the design, setting out, construction of works, erection and installation of equipments, commissioning, testing and certification of works.
Time for Completion of Construction means construction of the Circuit House and completion of balance pending works as specified in Schedule III of this agreement and as per the guidelines of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India Annexure – III and Scope of work as set out under the RFP.   • In case the Concessionaire fails to complete the Works within the Time for Completion of Construction, the Authority shall issue a notice to the Concessionaire to complete the construction within such reasonable time as will be specified in the notice and shall also be asked to pay damages, as specified in Article 3.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article, a revision in the Project Implementation Schedule that results in the extension of the Time for Completion of Construction will become effective only after it has been approved in writing by the Authority.

  • If the Concessionaire delays Completion of Construction beyond the Time for Completion of Construction and if in the opinion of the Independent Engineer, such delay is caused by any negligence, default, or failure of the Concessionaire, no extension of Time for Completion of Construction shall be given by the Authority.

  • If the Concessionaire intends to apply for an extension of the Time for Completion of Construction, the Concessionaire shall give notice to Independent Engineer and Authority of such intention as soon as possible and in any case within 28 (twenty eight) days of the start of the event giving rise to any such delay, together with any other notice required by this Concession Agreement and relevant to such cause.

  • The Concessionaire shall not be entitled to an extension of the Time for Completion of Construction, to the extent that the delay in respect of which the extension of time is requested is attributable to any negligence, default or breach of this Concession Agreement by the Concessionaire or those for whom it is responsible, as determined by the Independent Engineer.

  • The Concessionaire shall, at the same time, notify Authority and Independent Engineer of the steps being taken to expedite progress so as to achieve completion within the Time for Completion of Construction as specified under Article12.2.

  • If the Concessionaire delays completion of Construction beyond the Construction Period or the Time for Completion of Construction and if in the opinion of the Independent Engineer, such delay is caused by any negligence, default, or failure of the Concessionaire, no extension of the Construction Period or the Time for Completion of Construction shall be given by the Authority.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article, a revision in the Project Implementation Schedule that results in the extension of the Construction Period or the Time for Completion of Construction shall become effective only after it has been approved in writing by the Authority.
