Transaction Contract definition

Transaction Contract means any contract (other than a Transaction Document) in connection with the Mudaraba Assets or the Wakala Assets entered into or to be entered into by any Transaction Party;
Transaction Contract has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.6(b)(iv).
Transaction Contract means the contract between the Buyer and Supplier, relating to Input Goods which are the subject of the extension of credit covered by the Guarantee Contract, provided that where the Guarantee Holder is not the Supplier, Transaction Contract shall also mean the contract concluded between the Guarantee Holder and the Supplier.
