Transfer Documentation definition

Transfer Documentation means, for each Series, such documentation as is generally acceptable for settlement of the transfer of the relevant Underlying(s) on any Related Exchange(s) or through the Clearing System.
Transfer Documentation means, for each Series of Notes, such documentation as is generally acceptable for settlement of transfer of Underlying Shares on the relevant Exchange or through the Relevant Clearing System including, without limitation, stock notes and/or stock transfer forms in the case of settlement on the London Stock Exchange;

  • Noven agrees to provide the technical transfer services set forth in Schedule 10.02 (the "Tech Transfer Services"), including the delivery to Endo of the Technical Transfer Documentation Package within *** of the termination notice and completion of the transfer of all analytical methods within *** of the termination notice.
