Transfer Procedure definition

Transfer Procedure is defined in Section 5.12 of this Agreement.

  • Employer-initiated transfers that result from this practice shall be conducted in accordance with the contract provisions expressly associated with Employer-initiated transfers contained in Section C of Article X: Transfer Procedure.

  • Transfer Provisions means the provisions of Section ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ of the FILOT Act, as amended or supplemented from time to time, concerning, among other things, the necessity of obtaining County consent to certain transfers.
