Transmission System Code definition

Transmission System Code means the code, approved by the Board, that is in force at the relevant time, which regulates the financial and information obligations of the Transmitter with respect to its relationship with customers, as well as establishing the standards for connection of customers to, and expansion of a transmission system;
Transmission System Code means the “Transmission System Code” approved by the OEB and in effect from time to time, which, among other things, sets the standards for a Transmitter’s existing Transmission System and for expanding the Transmitter’s transmission facilities in order to connect new customers to it or accommodate increase in capacity or load of existing customers.
Transmission System Code means the “Transmission System Code” established and approved by the Ontario Energy Board as amended or replaced from time to time.

More Definitions of Transmission System Code

Transmission System Code means the code approved by the Board and in effect at the relevant time, which, among other things, establishes the obligations of a transmitter with respect to the services and terms of service to be offered to customers and provides minimum technical operating standards of transmission systems;
Transmission System Code means the code of standards and requirements issued by the OEB, dated July 25, 2005 that came into force August 20, 2005 as published in the Ontario Gazette, as it may be amended from time to time.
