To the extent that such percentage limitation is exceeded, such Qualifying Unencumbered Properties shall still be included in the calculations of Unencumbered Property Pool Value and of Adjusted Unencumbered Property Pool NOI, but the amounts so contributed to Unencumbered Property Pool Value and Adjusted Unencumbered Property Pool NOI shall be reduced to the extent necessary to comply with such percentage limitation.

Unencumbered Pool Properties that were disposed of during such period or which are then excluded from calculations of the covenants in Section 10.1 shall be excluded from determinations of the Unencumbered Property Pool Value and Unsecured Debt Interest Coverage Ratio and the covenants in Sections 10.1.(i) and (j).
Any amounts in excess of the limitations above shall be disregarded for purposes of determining Total Unencumbered Property Pool Value and Unencumbered Property NOI, but shall not constitute a Default hereunder.
