In all cases of bumping, the employee exercising bumping rights must have greater Classification Seniority (when bumping into a position in Unit 2, 3, or 7) or State Seniority (when bumping into a position in Unit 4 or 6) in the class into which the employee is bumping than the employee who is to be bumped.
These minimum fitness standards will be included as minimum qualifications for all applicable Unit 2 classifications in a manner consistent with Section B of this Article.
