Unit Class definition

Unit Class means a class of units in a Fund which is offered under this PDS.
Unit Class means the particular type of Units of the Fund in question. Information on the type of Unit Classes offered for each Fund and the differences between these is available from each Fund’s Prospectus.
Unit Class means a class of Units created by Warakirri under the Warakirri Master Trust in accordance with the terms of the trust deed establishing the Warakirri Master Trust dated 5 October 2016, as amended from time to time.

  • The total expense ratio (“TER”) of each Unit Class is calculated in accordance with the general principles recognized by the FMA and shall include any and all costs and fees charged to the relevant Unit Class of the relevant Sub-Fund on an ongoing basis, with the exception of transaction costs.


More Definitions of Unit Class

Unit Class has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a) of this Agreement.
Unit Class means a class of Units referrable to a particular investment portfolio.
Unit Class means a class of Units referable to a particular investment strategy, as particular sub-fund or a particular part of the Fund.
Unit Class. The A or C Units that represent investments within each of the Portfolios in the Client Select Series, each of which has its own sales charge and expense structure.
Unit Class means a class of Units referrable to a particular investment portfolio. “Unit Price” means the applicable price of a Unit as determined by the Trustee. “Vision Super Fund” means the Vision Superannuation Fund.
Unit Class. A class of Units offered for a Portfolio, either Class A, Class C, or Class R, each having a different Fee structure.
Unit Class refers to the fee structure under which your Account is established. Each Portfolio, other than an Individual Fund Portfolio, consists of four Unit Classes, including Unit Class A, Unit Class B, Unit Class C and Unit Class O, as more fully described in the Program Disclosure Statement. Individual Fund Portfolios consist of Unit Class A, Unit Class C and Unit Class O. Class B Units of the Portfolios are no longer available for purchase by new and existing Account Owners. However, an Account Owner who is changing the investment option(s) for an Account may transfer existing Class B Units to Class B Units of another Portfolio, if available.
