Unit Holders definition
Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.
Unit Holders means all such Persons.
Unit Holders means any Person who holds Depositary Receipts in accordance with Section 7.1 or Section 8.3 hereof as reflected in the records of the Partnership and the Depositary.

More Definitions of Unit Holders
Unit Holders means those persons who hold a Depositary Unit and who are reflected on the books and records of Geodyne Depositary Company, as Depositary of the Limited Partnership, as holders of record of Depositary Units as of the close of business at the time of reference thereto.
