Unit Representatives definition

Unit Representatives. The Association may designate a unit representative in each Agency/Department to represent employees covered by this Agreement. The Association shall submit to the County a list of unit representatives within 30 days following the signing of this Agreement. The list is to be updated on at least a semi-annual basis. When requested by a unit employee, a unit representative may represent the aggrieved unit employee under the Grievance Procedure, and the county shall grant the representative a reasonable amount of official or administrative leave for this purpose.

Unit Representatives. The Corporation agrees to recognize union representatives employed by the Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay selected by the Union for the purpose of dealing with union business as provided for under this agreement. Such representatives shall abide by clause 5.01 (f) of this collective agreement.

  • The WSNA Local Unit officers and Unit Representatives shall be recognized by the Employer when notified in writing by the Association.
