Unsatisfactory Performance definition

Unsatisfactory Performance means any of the following:
Unsatisfactory Performance means Events of Default under the license agreement and also include the continued failure of the Concessionaire to pay the Concession Fee resulting in Outstanding Dues exceeding fifty percent (50%) value of the Security Deposit maintained with Authority.
