Usage Limit definition

Usage Limit means the number of Units that Customer has purchased, as identified in an Order.
Usage Limit means the limit each month of inclusive minutes, Texts, or data that applies to your Service, including the limit that applies to any Booster to which you subscribe. Inclusive minutes, Text or data must be used within the month and do not roll over to the next month.
Usage Limit means any limit on the Customer’s use of a Service specified on an Order Form or relevant Service Addendum.

  • An Order Form may include usage limitations such as, but not limited to, the maximum number of Users permitted to access Laserfiche Software (“Subscription Usage Limits”), and if Licensee exceeds any Subscription Usage Limit, Licensee agrees to pay the amount for any excess usage in accordance with Laserfiche’s applicable pricing and payment terms then in effect.


More Definitions of Usage Limit

Usage Limit means the usage limit(s) applicable to registered users use of the OnDemand Solution Packages as specified in the applicable commercial agreement (e.g., number of planning cases, termination/end dates, geographic reach, or otherwise).
Usage Limit means the limit of inclusive minutes, inclusive texts or inclusive data that you receive with your Call Credit, including the limit that applies to any Booster for which you subscribe.
