Validation Phase definition

Validation Phase is the first phase of the Project where the Owner and Risk/Reward Team members document the Base Program and establish the Target Cost and the Added Value Incentive Items.
Validation Phase means that portion of the Work and the Services as described in Part C of this Agreement to be performed under this Agreement prior to the commencement of the Design and Procurement Phase as described in Section 10.10.
Validation Phase is that portion of the Work and the Services to be performed under this Agreement up through Owner’s approval of the Validation Study.

Examples of Validation Phase in a sentence

  • The PMT will develop the ICL Distribution Spreadsheet and update it to include those Risk/Reward Team members procured during the Validation Phase per Article 6 and indicate the respective ICL and ICL Percentages of the Risk/Reward Team.

  • The PMT will update the Contract Task Matrix (Exhibit C) as required to include the necessary subcontractors, Vendors, suppliers, subconsultants and Separate Contractors procured during the Validation Phase that will be performing certain tasks.

  • As determined by the PMT, the Architect and Contractor will procure certain key subcontractors and consultants to assist in the required design and construction services of the Validation Phase.

  • CM/GC will contract with the Subcontractors and Suppliers to perform Work during the Validation Phase, the Design and the Procurement Phase, the Construction Phase and the Post Construction Phase, as described in this Agreement and applicable Work Authorizations.

  • The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Article 11, shall continue in effect on an R&D Program-by-R&D Program basis until the expiration of the Stage 3 Initiation Period or, if GSK elects to initiate Stage 3 activities, upon the completion of the Pharmacological Validation Phase, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Article 11.
