PalmSource’s technical support obligations under Section 8.1 (Development Support and Training) shall terminate within twelve (12) consecutive months after the release of a New Version, Upgrade or Update with respect to the prior version of the applicable PS Licensed Product.
Major releases are however only available by purchasing Version Upgrade as set forth in section 3.5 below.
As set forth in sections 3.5 above, new Major Releases of Software are not available to Licensee without additional purchase of the corresponding Version Upgrade.
