Weighted Average Spread Test definition

Weighted Average Spread Test means a test that will be satisfied on any date of determination if the Weighted Average Spread is greater than or equal to 4.50%.
Weighted Average Spread Test means, as of any date of determination, that the Weighted Average Spread of all Eligible Loan Assets that are Floating Rate Loan Assets is equal to or greater than 3.5%.
