Work Order Contract definition

Work Order Contract or “WOC” means the contract formed between Consultant and Agency by an executed work order. The executed WOC includes the SOW for a specific project, method of compensation, not-to-exceed dollar amount, and incorporates required and applicable provisions of the PA. Examples of Work Order Contract in a sentence

  • Any costs or expenses not identified in the Task Work Order Contract as reimbursable are not reimbursable.

  • The Documents shall be the exclusive property of the State and all such Documents must be immediately returned to the State by the Contractor upon completion or cancellation of this Master Contract and any Work Order Contract.

  • Provided, however, the Contractor shall not commence work under any Task Work Order Contract until a Purchase Order from the Procurement Agent or designee has been received.
