Work Request Form means the workscope of the Services to be provided as issued by MLS, and once agreed by Customer shall become terms of this Agreement. “Taxes” means taxes, excises, duties including customs duties, stamp duties, fees, commissions and/or equivalent charges of any kind.

Examples of Work Request Form in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt the services to be provided by the Sub-Contractor under this FSC shall be as set out in the Work Package or Work Request Form.

  • The Temporary Work Request Form (Attachment F) should be used to ensure that requirements are correctly identified to the Contractor.

  • Employees who choose to work voluntary additional hours shall initiate his or her choice by completing the Preferred Hours of Work Request Form (see Schedule 2).

  • Any disapproval of Work Requests will need to be explained within the Work Request Form to be returned to Motricity’s PM.

  • Out of Scope; The Contractor shall not be responsible for; Carrying out any services and/or obligations contained in the Work Package or Work Request Form set out at section 2.0 of this FSC; Management and/or direction of the Sub-Contractor; Assurance of Sub-Contractor Work Package deliverables, milestones and performance metrics; or Delivery, commercial or financial liabilities arising from the performance of the Sub-Contractor under this FSC.

  • Any disapproval of Work Requests will need to be explained within the Work Request Form to be returned to AT&T’s PM.

  • Upon receipt of an approved Work Request Form from Motricity, AT&T’s PM will obtain any further internal approvals from AT&T’s upper management the Work Request will be signed and become effective immediately upon the execution of a Work Order by AT&T and Motricity.

  • Upon receipt of an approved Work Request Form from AT&T, Motricity’s PM will obtain any further internal approvals from Motricity’s upper management, the Work Request and will be signed and become effective immediately upon the execution of a Work Order by AT&T and Motricity.

Related to Work Request Form

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting an Advance.

  • Request for Payment means a payment application or declaration of expenditure submitted by the Member State to the Commission;

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;
