聯合證券有限公司(「經紀」)（為香港聯合交易所有限公司的交易所參與者以及於證券及期貨事務監察委員會註冊為持牌法團 (CE編號 AFS455) ，並可從事證券交易、就證券提供意見之受規管活動）。鑒於經紀同意讓在客戶資料報表上識別為「客戶」的有關客戶在經紀開立一個或多於一個帳戶，並分別向客戶提供證券交易的服務並同時提供保證金融資，而客戶特此同意，經紀就任何有關帳戶而執行的一切該等交易須受客戶協議(經不時修訂並通知客戶的規限。經紀的現行保證金客戶協議列載如下：
