A6 Mistakes in Information. The Provider shall be responsible for the accuracy of all drawings, documentation and information supplied to the Council by the Provider in connection with the supply of the Services and shall pay the Council any extra costs occasioned by any discrepancies, errors or omissions therein except where such discrepancies, errors or omissions originate from documentation supplied by the Council. .

The Contractor will notify the Authority without delay giving full particulars of any such conflict of interest which may arise.
