Common use of Abandonment of Grievance Clause in Contracts

Abandonment of Grievance. The grievant or his/her representative’s failure to pursue the grievance within the time limits set forth in this grievance procedure unless specifically waived in writing shall be deemed a conclusive abandonment of the grievance.
