ACCEPTANCE AND RATIFICATION. All present and future owners of the Property and other persons claiming by, through, or under them shall be subject to and shall comply with the Covenant and Restriction. The acceptance of a deed of conveyance to the Property shall constitute an agreement that the Covenant and Restriction, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time, are accepted and ratified by future owners, tenant or occupant, and such Covenant and Restriction shall be a covenant running with the land and shall bind any person having at any time any interest or estate in the Property, all as though such Covenant and Restriction was recited and stipulated at length in each and every deed, conveyance, mortgage or lease thereof.
