Acceptance Checklist Clause Samples

An Acceptance Checklist clause defines the specific criteria or items that must be reviewed and approved before a deliverable is considered accepted under a contract. This clause typically outlines a list of requirements, standards, or performance benchmarks that the product or service must meet, and may require the client to confirm each item has been satisfactorily completed. By providing a clear, objective framework for acceptance, this clause helps prevent disputes over whether contractual obligations have been fulfilled and ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of what constitutes successful delivery.
