Common use of Acceptance of System Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of System. (a) If, following the Launch Date, the Customer discovers any faults or deviations with the System that were not apparent during testing or training, it shall promptly notify WRG and WRG shall work to remedy such faults and/or deviations at no additional cost to the Customer. (b) If at any time (i.e. before or after the Launch Date) the Customer requires improvements or other modifications to be made to the System, the Customer may request that WRG develop such improvements and/or modifications and the parties shall negotiate in good faith the terms on which they shall be developed (including any additional Fees to be paid by the Customer). (c) Post Launch Date, WRG reserves the right to alter the structure of the data at any time to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the System and/or Services save that it shall not thereby cause any diminution of the System and/or Service provided to the Customer.
