Access after-hours. 4.1 If an event is conducted outside the centre’s regular opening hours, a responsible person/s attending the event must be familiar with the evacuation and security procedures. This will be issued with the agreement and displayed in each meeting room. If there any costs associated with the use of facilities outside the centre’s regular opening hours, this will be charged to the Hirer. This includes centre staff or security services required onsite. Such arrangements must be agreed to prior to booking. Card fee is $25.00. 4.3 If the Hirer over-running stays the centre’s regular opening hours, they may be billed for staff attendance or security services.
Access after-hours. If the Lessee or its contractors require access to the Building outside normal industry working hours, it is the responsibility of the Lessee or its contractors to obtain the consent of the Lessor (which may be withheld in the Lessor's absolute discretion) and to pay to the Lessor any additional expenses which the Lessor may incur by consenting to access.
Access after-hours. If admittance is required on weekends or between 5PM CST and 7AM CST, designated Procuring Party personnel will call the Manager on Duty (this, and other, current State phone numbers will be kept and updated in the Procuring Party’s Contract file). When the Procuring Party staff arrives and signs in at the security desk, they will ask for the Manager on Duty. The Manager will assign a member of the Production Control staff to accompany the Procuring Party staff.
