Access and Scope of Use Sample Clauses

The Access and Scope of Use clause defines the extent to which a party is permitted to access and utilize certain resources, services, or information under an agreement. Typically, it outlines who may use the resources, for what purposes, and any restrictions on sharing, modifying, or redistributing the materials involved. For example, it may specify that only authorized employees can use a software platform and only for internal business operations. This clause is essential for setting clear boundaries on usage rights, thereby preventing misuse and ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding the covered resources.
