Common use of Access to Buildings Clause in Contracts

Access to Buildings. The ALSP organization may have access to the school facilities for organizational meetings based on the following guidelines: 1. Request is made on the proper form and approved by the respective building principal and superintendent in accordance with the Board Policy #1060. 2. No charge will be made for use of the facilities for organizational meetings. The ALSP members agree to return the room or facility used to the condition in which it was found.
