GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE PURPOSE Clause Samples

The "Grievance Procedure Purpose" clause defines the main objective of the grievance process within an organization or agreement. It typically outlines that the procedure exists to provide a formal and structured method for employees or parties to raise concerns, complaints, or disputes regarding workplace issues or contract terms. By establishing a clear purpose, this clause ensures that all parties understand the intent behind the grievance process, which is to resolve issues fairly and efficiently, thereby promoting a harmonious working environment and reducing the likelihood of unresolved conflicts.
