The 'Access to Financial Services' clause defines the rights and conditions under which parties may utilize banking, credit, or other financial services related to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility requirements, procedures for opening or maintaining accounts, and any limitations or obligations regarding the use of such services. Its core function is to ensure that all parties understand how and under what circumstances they can access necessary financial resources, thereby promoting transparency and reducing the risk of disputes over financial transactions.
Access to Financial Services. The Membership Services include access to certain financial and other services that are offered by MoneyLion directly (“MoneyLion Financial Services”) and services which may be offered through or by Partners (“Third-Party Financial Services”), some of which may also be offered outside the Membership. MoneyLion Financial Services and Third-Party Financial Services are collectively referred to herein as “Financial Services”. We will never submit or process an application for a financial product or service on your behalf without your express consent. Access to these Financial Services may require that you establish accounts either with a MoneyLion entity (such accounts, “MoneyLion Financial Services Accounts”) and/or with a third-party financial institution partner (such accounts, “Third-Party Financial Services Accounts”). MoneyLion Financial Services Accounts and Third-Party Financial Services Accounts are collectively referred to herein as “Financial Services Accounts”. MoneyLion Financial Services include, but may not be limited to, access to a RoarMoney Demand Deposit Account (“RoarMoney Account”) at Pathward N.A., Member FDIC; a managed investing account and/or active investing account provided by ML Wealth LLC; and the ability to initiate an Instacash advance request. Access to Financial Services may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, including as required by applicable laws, and may be subject to Additional Agreements. We do not guarantee that you will qualify or be able to use any particular Financial Service at any given time, even if you are a Member in good standing. In addition to any other eligibility requirements specified in the terms or Additional Agreement for the specific Financial Service, you understand and agree that the following are required in order to access or use any Financial Service:
Access to Financial Services. (a) Facilitating of access to micro-financial services within the Project Communities for use towards developing and promoting small and medium-sized businesses and incremental housing improvements, through the provision of performance-based service contracts to financial institutions that will offer to beneficiaries within Project Communities, micro-financial services and technical assistance in areas including credit counseling, business plan preparation, financial management and related business support. (b) Orientation of financial institutions that are potential bidders for the contracts referred to in Part 1.2(a) above, and training of Project Implementing Entity staff to evaluate bids and monitor and evaluate micro-financing activities. (c) Carrying out of independent technical audits of the loan portfolios of the financial institutions contracted under Part 1.2(a) above.
Access to Financial Services. Facilitation of the access by Beneficiaries to financial services, including the preparation of credit requests to lending institutions, through the provision of technical advisory services.

Access to Financial Services. Provision of FSDT Grants to eligible financial service providers, and support to the FSDT, for: (i) training, education, consulting and other related support for activities aimed at developing human resources and organizational capacity to deliver financial services to low income groups; (ii) development of new financial products that address the needs of poor households and MSMEs; (iii) improvements in the policy, legislative and regulatory framework affecting delivery of financial services; (iv) improvements in financial market integration and access to wholesale forms of finance by financial service providers addressing poor households and MSMEs; (v) enhancement of the supply of appropriate business services to financial service providers; and (vi) research and information dissemination activities aimed at increasing the understanding across the financial sector, the government and donors of best practice in the Tanzanian context. The Project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2011.

  • Access to Services Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including any Schedules, Company grants You a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable, non-assignable, revocable license for the term of this Agreement to access and use the Services.   • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

This plan covers services only if they meet all of the following requirements: • Listed as a covered healthcare service in this section. The fact that a provider has prescribed or recommended a service, or that it is the only available treatment for an illness or injury does not mean it is a covered healthcare service under this plan. • Medically necessary, consistent with our medical policies and related guidelines at the time the services are provided. • Not listed in Exclusions Section. • Received while a member is enrolled in the plan. • Consistent with applicable state or federal law. We review medical necessity in accordance with our medical policies and related guidelines. Our medical policies can be found on our website. Our medical policies are written to help administer benefits for the purpose of claims payment. They are made available to you for informational purposes and are subject to change. Medical policies are not meant to be used as a guide for your medical treatment. Your medical treatment remains a decision made by you with your physician. If you have questions about our medical policies, please call Customer Service. When a new service or drug becomes available, when possible, we will review it within six (6) months of one of the events described below to determine whether the new service or drug will be covered: • the assignment of an American Medical Association (AMA) Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code in the annual CPT publication; • final Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval; • the assignment of processing codes other than CPT codes or approval by governing or regulatory bodies other than the FDA; • submission to us of a claim meeting the criteria above; and • generally, the first date an FDA approved prescription drug is available in pharmacies (for prescription drug coverage only). During the review period, new services and drugs are not covered.
