Access to Materials Clause Samples
Access to Materials. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this agreement, DESIGN PROFESSIONAL shall be provided access to obtain the Licensed Materials in a periodic basis for the term of this Agreement. As provided in this Agreement, DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, shall be entitled to any Modifications, updates, renewals or additional data or information under the License granted by this Agreement. Updated Material and Modifications. CITY shall in accordance with this Agreement and upon request of the DESIGN PROFESSIONAL provide to DESIGN PROFESSIONAL updates to or modifications of all or any specific parts of the data or information in the Licensed Materials.
Access to Materials. The CITY agrees to make available to the CONTRACTOR any maps, documents, and planning materials or any other information in its possession or otherwise readily available, which has a direct bearing on the PROJECT, at no expense to the CONTRACTOR.
Access to Materials. The employee or his/her authorized representative may, upon request, have copies of the materials in the employee’s personnel file upon which the charges are based.
Access to Materials. 3.1 The Collaborator Institution shall implement physical and technical access controls that restrict access to the Materials it processes to duly authorised individuals only. Access logging and monitoring should be put in place.
3.2 The Collaborator Institution shall ensure that only duly authorised individuals shall be permitted to access the Materials and only to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties.
3.3 The Collaborator Institution shall identify and appoint a system administrator with overall responsibility for granting, changing or voiding data access privileges to its data processing systems and access privileges should be periodically reviewed.
3.4 Where an individual who has access to the Materials either leaves or has their authorisation removed (e.g., as a result of a change of role), the Collaborator Institution shall ensure that their status is updated within 1 week (e.g., by changing access control lists).
3.5 The Collaborator Institution shall ensure that access to server data processing facilities shall be restricted to duly authorised individuals only and shall implement physical security measures at such server data processing locations (e.g., by use of keys, biometric readers or other electronic security measures).
3.6 The Collaborator Institution shall keep appropriate records in relation to access to the Materials.
Access to Materials. A license to use all required materials in either electronic or print format, as the case may be, including textbooks, curricular materials, and ancillary materials such as workbooks, texts, and other materials (“Materials”). Materials available electronically and in print format will be provided in electronic format. The use of the Materials shall be made expressly subject to Connections’ Educational Materials and Hardware Policy, located at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/connections-learning/educational- materials-and-hardware-policy.aspx. Connections shall be responsible for shipping all required Materials and for soliciting the return of all re-usable Materials from Authorized Users. Any re- usable Materials provided by Connections will be the exclusive property of Connections or its Contractors, and Connections shall have the right to recover and re-usable Materials from Authorized Users at the conclusion of each academic year or when the student is no longer enrolled, whichever is sooner. Connections may invoice students for any Materials that are not returned, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Access to Materials. The Contractor may request, and WAPA shall provide, applicable portions of all WAPA Materials associated with this Agreement subject to limitations described herein, Federal laws, regulations, and WAPA’s retention policies. Information sharing under this Agreement shall not violate confidentiality limitations, restrictions on proprietary information, or compel WAPA to be a conduit to sensitive materials or arrangements with third parties.
Access to Materials. In connection with disputes, shop stewards shall have the right to examine records and work schedules that have a bearing on the matter in dispute. Such information shall be treated as confidential.
Access to Materials. Nothing in this article is intended by the parties to waive, abrogate, or otherwise adversely affect the legal rights to access by faculty members to their personnel files, or the legal rights of access by the CCFT to materials related to evaluation which are necessary and relevant to the Union's duty to represent faculty members when disagreements arise over the implementation of the Article.
Access to Materials. While electronic information resources offer tremendous opportunities of educational value, they may also present opportunities for illegal and unethical use. The following represent some of the uses that are prohibited by the District. • Using the network in violation of federal, state and local laws • Using the network to access peer-to-peer file sharing networks such as Kazaa, Limewire, Audio Galaxy, Bear Share and Morpheus • Using the network for commercial advertising • Using copyrighted materials in reports without permission • Using the network to lobby for votes • Using the network to access and or distribute a file that contains pornographic and/or illegal material • Using the network to send/request material that is inflammatory • Using the network to threaten, harass or post false or defamatory information about a person or organization • Using the network to send/request material that is racist • Creating and/or intentionally placing a computer virus on the network • Using or copying commercial software in violation of its end user license • Using the network to send/request materials that are inconsistent with the school’s code of conduct • Using the network to send/request materials that are sexist and/or contain obscenities • Using the network to send/request student data for inappropriate use • Using the network to provide addresses or other personal information that others may use inappropriately • Using the network to make purchases or conduct other personal business during school hours • Using the network to access, violence, nudity, sex, death, bodily functions, material designated as “for adults only” and material that promotes or advocates illegal activities • Connecting or installing unauthorized equipment and/or devices to the network such as access points, routers, gateways, and non-District computers and peripherals • Using any hardware or software that interferes with the District network • Unauthorized access to the District network or student information system (i.e., Web Tools, online grade book) • Using another user’s login/password for any reason. • Disrupting the District network or any other computer system or destroying data by spreading computer viruses or by any other means The inappropriate use of electronic information resources can be a violation of local, state and federal laws and may be subject to prosecution. Access to Materials. During the term of this Agreement and so long as the Materials remain stored at the Turtle Property, Customer shall be afforded access to the Materials at such times, and from time to time, as reasonably requested by Customer. Customer shall be obligated to provide Turtle with no less than 2 business days’ written notice of Customer’s intent to access the Turtle Property to inspect, maintain and/or remove the Materials stored thereat. Access will be granted only during Turtle’s normal business hours (i.e., 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (exclusive of holidays during which Turtle is closed for business). While being afforded access, the Customer employees, agents, representatives, contractors or consultants shall be accompanied at all times by Turtle personnel.
