Common use of Access to New Employees Clause in Contracts

Access to New Employees. The College will provide the Association reasonable access to new employees of the bargaining unit for the purposes of presenting information about the exclusive bargaining representative to the new employee. The presentation may occur during a new employee orientation provided by the College, or at another time mutually agreed to by the College and Association, provided that the Association is notified of the time and date at least ten (10) days prior. No employee may be mandated to attend the meetings or presentations by the Association.
